People keep saying to us “Wow, have you really been gone three and a half months!” – see time flies. That is why we have to make the most of every day and every opportunity.
We took the opportunity to fly back from SE Asia in time for my cousin’s little girl’s christening (Rose) and so had a great time catching up with family. Sarah made the best afternoon tea with so many yummy cakes (ooh I’ve missed great cakes). It was great to see our family who came up from London to visit too. Mum and Jim were the best hosts with a full house and great big hugs for all.
We also took the opportunity to see the terracotta warriors as they were in an exhibition in Liverpool.
We then caught up with some great friends including Louise and Archie and their gorgeous twins.
And had a lovely walk with Cath and Thompson.
Fab to see everyone but next stop is the Isle of Man on a great scenic flight.
