Here in Bourges we decided to buy French Sim cards so updates can be a bit more frequent now. While waiting in the Orange shop we saw (on the news) pictures of flooding throughout the region from all the rain. Perhaps this isn’t normal then???? We keep having sunshine interspersed with torrential rain. And it is quite warm still – too hot for a rain coat apparently!
Bourges is a lovely little town with a palace and several churches, cobbled streets and really old houses. After an explore around the village, a visit to the laundrette to dry our washing and several rain showers we headed off once again South.
Who knows where we will stop tonight ……..
